Digital Compliance Observation

Observation of hand hygiene compliance is considered the gold standard. However, in implementation, hygiene specialists usually still rely on paper and pen. The subsequent transfer and analysis is correspondingly time-consuming, and the observed staff receives very delayed feedback on hand disinfection behavior. For this reason, we developed the **"5 Moments App"**. Using a tablet, hygiene specialists can plan, conduct, and analyze compliance observations in a user-friendly manner. This allows immediate feedback to be communicated to the observed staff.
